ABSTRACT
The article suggests the advantages of fee-based mortgage advice in Great Britain in 2009. According to financial adviser firm Create Wealth Management, the most viable help brokers can offer their clients is informing them when cheaper direct deals are available. Brokers should improve fair practice among clients by providing them information that could help them achieve better products than those they already know.
