ABSTRACT
The article reports on the collaboration among financial advisers to demand that insurance pension providers should improve their pension portfolios and sign-up to the Association of British Insurer's (ABI) pension transfer scheme in Great Britain in 2009. The advisers wanted the pension providers to transfer funds immediately to protect customers from continued losing of their money. Moreover, it is an initiative for the welfare of customers.
