ABSTRACT
Investigates the vibrational fine structure of the absorption band of ethylene and some of its isotopomers using a virbronic coupling model. Ab initio determinations of the required vibronic coupling constants ate various nuclear conformations; Strong excitation of nontotally symmetric modes involving the planar C-H stretching mode.
