The article discusses several events and projects related to leadership. It reports on the Linkage Best of Organizational Development Summit held in Chicago, Illinois from May 12 to 14, 2009. David Cooperrider tackled the business applications of appreciative inquiry, emphasizing the power of positivity as an indicator of leadership potential and a natural consequence of such inquiry. It is noted that there were attendees that expressed support for "Leadership Excellence." Also mentioned are the FLO project and "Personal Excellence" online version.
