The article presents the experiences of a mystery shopper who visits travel agency First Choice Holidays to evaluate its tour offerings for Turkey. The mystery shopper was quite impressed with the way clients were being treated at the agency. When a consultant of Co-operative Travel was contacted, she continued to enthusiastically describe the holidays while searching the computer. Price quotations were also made available. The mystery shopper awarded 97% marks to First Choice.
