ABSTRACT
The article reports that the mystery surrounding the screen-scraping involving Ryanair Ltd. and TUI UK Ltd. has yet not been solved. It informs that Ryanair issued a release saying that TUI has agreed to stop unauthorised screen-scraping. However, reacting to the release, TUI said that it had never conducted screen-scraping.
