ABSTRACT
In this article, Harold Herzlich shares his experience of working for the Rubber Division of the American Chemical Society (ACS). He served as the chairman of the Rubber Division in 1982. He recalls the fall meeting held in Chicago, Illinois, where technical papers on rubberized asphalt, tire rolling resistance and the medical application of rubber were discussed.
