ABSTRACT
The article discusses the accomplishments of Scott Shuttleworth as food service director of Trojan Hospitality at the University of Southern California. He implemented the development of Restaurant Row and the creation of an innovative interim dining facility. He was chosen as the Administrator of the Year in April 2009. Also mentioned are the development of the hospitality components of a campus center and the creation of a monthly's farmers' market for students.
