Amar Singh, chief executive officer (CEO) of Bombay Bowl, offers Indian cuisines which include Chicken Bowl with Chickpea Curry, Korma and Cilantro Garlic Chutney. According to David Anderson, chef de cuisine, at Portland, Oregon-based Vindalho, they are offering Indian food from a regional and cultural standpoint. Many of the made-to-order dishes of Phillips Seafood Restaurant use the company's own frozen Asian sauces.
