ABSTRACT
The article reports on the bids attracted by New York State's contract to build and operate a video lottery racino at Aqueduct Racetrack in Queens. The bidders included SL Green Realty Corp., Mohegan Sun, and Wynn Resorts Ltd. subsidiary Development Associates. It was reported in the state newspaper's Web site that Wynn had been interested years ago in getting involved in New York.
