ABSTRACT
The article reports that Akron, Ohio based-Myers Industries Inc. is planning some changes for its automotive and custom business units. As stated, it includes the possible sale of some or all of the four companies of that division. The division includes both rubber and plastics processing companies, including Michigan Rubber Products Inc. and Buckhorn Rubber Products Inc. The company announced on May 4, 2009 that it is reviewing its strategic options for the division.
