ABSTRACT
The article reports on the effort of the local government of New York City in launching a health project for interpersonal conflict survivors to have overall adjustments in their lives. The project aims to distribute web-based health and wellness enhancing education. It further states that the health program is contemporarily intended for people who are in initial inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation.
