The author shares his enjoyable experience in driving a three-wheeled trike without adding neck or back pains to his disability. He also notes his purchase of the EZ Rider USX to ease his worries about his decreased function. He shares the specific features of the USX which include a brake lock, the under-seat steering, and the gear controls.
