ABSTRACT
The article presents a conversation between an anonymous shopper experiencing financial hardship and EnergyAustralia (EA). The shopper, who lost his job and cannot pay the bill is asking EA for help. EA suggests to get assistance through a community organisation. EA also says they can give advice on the phone or at their website on how the shopper can reduce the power bill.
