NAS Runs First Coil on Cold-Rolled Mill

The article reports on the move of North American Stainless Inc. to operate its first production coil on its Z-mill No. 5 in Ghent, Kentucky in April 2009. It states that the No.5 mill helps the company completes the expansion of its cold-rolling operations. It notes that the installation of the No. 5 mill came after the installation of hot annealing and pickling line in December 2008.
