ABSTRACT
The article presents a study that examines whether the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Transportation Security Administration (TSA) met the requirements of 10 statutory conditions in developing the Secure Flight program. Conducted by the Government Accountability Office, it evaluates the program until all 10 conditions are met. It also identifies key activities related to each of the 10 conditions.
