ABSTRACT
The article reports on the effort of Camden & Islington local optometric committee (LOC) to urge optometrists to participate with the LOC in London, England. The LOC is proposing educational meetings on referral refinements and is actively engaged with primary care trusts (PCT). Meanwhile, the LOC held its annual general meeting and annual lecture on silicone hydrogel contact lenses in 2008.
