ABSTRACT
The article discusses the signing of an agreement between Reserve Chief Lieutenant General (Lt. Gen.) Jack C. Stultz and INOVA Health systems Chief Executive Knox Singleton for employment needs. As stated, the Employer Partnership Initiative (EPI) was the idea of Stultz to fulfill the needs of the Reserve unit and employment in the medical, transportation and law enforcement fields. It is noted that one year after the agreement was signed, INOVA and 152 business establishments are already employing Reserve Soldiers.
