The article reports on the merger between the American Society for Healthcare Food Service Administrators (ASHFSA) and Healthcare Foodservice Management (HFM) to form the Association for Healthcare Foodservice (AHF). The process was approved by both boards of directors of the organizations. According to HFM President Bruce Thomas, the boards agreed that a single strong association will best suit the current needs of the healthcare foodservice leaders.
