ABSTRACT
The author proposes business owners to think productively rather than positively or negatively. She suggests that productive thinking helps business owners focus on activities and attitudes that can affect where their organization is today and guide it toward where they want it to be. In productive thinking, according to the author, action increases the confidence that business owners can use to affect their business' future.
