ABSTRACT
The article discusses the disciplinary actions taken by the Nevada State Contractors Board against several construction firms. Hamlin Development Co. Inc. was fined $3,750 and was ordered to pay full restitution and reimburse the Residential Recovery Fund. The contractor allegedly failed to complete a project and has diverted funds. Also fined were Probuilt Services LLC and Clark County Services LLC.
