ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Deer Springs Town Center in Las Vegas, Nevada has officially opened. The shopping mall spans 60 acres and comprises 130 stores. Sixty percent of the space was pre-leased. Among the tenants are Target, Home Dept and Toys R US. The architect for the building was Perkowitz + Ruth. Regency Centers Corp. was the developer.
