The article features Las Vegas Rock, a Nevada-based landscape rock seller, and its decision to enter the architectural market. The company won a contract with the CityCenter builder. Co-owner Steve Wickman says that the company is about to secure a $4.5 million loan along with a $3 million equity to build a stone cutting plant in Jean. Projected revenue for 2009 was $3.5 million, 95% of which is expected to come from sales of decorative stones.
