The article announces that Nevadan attorney Robert McDonald was memorialized by a legislative resolution on March 25, 2009. Democratic Senator Terry Care of Las Vegas has introduced the resolution to the state legislature. McDonald, founding partner of McDonald Carano Wilson, passed away earlier in 2009 at the age of 88.
