This article focuses on the stalled mixed-use condominium project ManhattanWest in Las Vegas Valley, Nevada. According to one of the project's lienholders, the developer refused to talk with them regarding the project which stopped construction in December 2008. The project has been affected by the financial crisis, says developer Alex Edelstein. He claims that he is interested in engaging into discussions with bona fide investors for the completion of the project.
