ABSTRACT
The article reveals that Moody's Investors Service has placed the bond ratings of Zions Bancorporation and its affiliates under review for a possible downgrade. Particular focus is given to the current rating of the bank's senior unsecured debt and its affiliates. Moody's plan to focus its review on the bank's commercial real estate, residential construction and development loans, as well as its portfolio of collateralized debt obligations.
