ABSTRACT
The article offers guidelines for companies to comply with a statute in Nevada which requires encryption of any e-mail containing a person's first name and last name or an entity's name in connection with an identifying numbers. The author suggests familiarization with the legislation to make sure businesses understand what is required from them. A legal counsel can be consulted for specific guidance. A description of how an online remote file storage solution works is presented.
