ABSTRACT
The article reports that Las Vegas, Nevada will lead the U.S. in housing recovery, according to predictions by National Association of Realtors chief economist Lawrence Yun. While speaking at the 2009 Rocky Mountain Regional Conference, Yun pointed out that the rebound in Las Vegas will be stronger than other U.S. metropolitan areas. Employment is a key factor that Yun failed to consider in his predictions.
