The article presents several ways of marketing property locally, nationally or internationally using the Internet. Sellers are advised to create a high-quality video tour of the property for sale and post it on sites like YouTube. They are also encouraged to create a blog wherein they can share their expertise and create loyal clients. The use of social networking sites is also suggested because it is a free way of staying in touch with people.
