ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the claim made by Las Vegas, Nevada realtor Joseph Holden that reports about the decline of median home prices by 30% or more could be misleading. He states that the price range for selling homes is $125 to $160 per square foot as of February 2009. He notes that most of the homes under $100 a square foot are short sales.
