ABSTRACT
The article deals with the green building initiatives of gaming companies at their hotel-casinos in Las Vegas, Nevada. MGM Mirage is building a green facility called CityCenter, consisting of more than 18 million square foot of hotel rooms, residences, shops and entertainment space. Harrah's Entertainment has spent $74 million to make its properties sustainable.
