ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the 2009 strategy being mapped by the Southern Nevada chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) that consists of practical problem solving through education and teamwork. The Casey Jones Health Center is being built by NAIOP in Las Vegas to provide immunizations, dental care and psychological consultation to at-risk school children. NAIOP monitors the 2009 Legislature and Nevada's budget shortfall and has also launched the Developing Leaders Institute real estate development program.
