ABSTRACT
The article deals with the development of the M Resort hotel-casino at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Saint Rose Parkway in Las Vegas, Nevada. To prepare for the debut of the hotel-casino on March 1, 2009, construction workers built the interiors of the Veloce Cibo restaurant and nightclub. According to M Resort Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Anthony Marnell III, the establishment was constructed targeting an existing market.
