ABSTRACT
The article announces that Station Casinos is seeking the approval of its bondholders for a proposed restructuring project that could see the firm file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in March 2009. Bondholders are given until midnight of March 2, 2009 to approve the proposed restructuring project. According to the proposed project, the firm will purchase back the bonds in exchange for new notes that would lessen its overall debt.
