ABSTRACT
The article announces that almost 44 million people came and left McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2008 which declined by 7.7% if compared with 2007 figures. The study made by the Clark County Department of Aviation also showed a 14.1% decline in December 2008 which proves that the recession has affected Las Vegas tourism.
