ABSTRACT
In this paper, public relations practices at local government and also, which public relations practices used in sample of Erzurum is being studied. To determine the situaiton of Erzurum which is a metropolitan municipality in Eastern Anatolian region by this paper is crucial, because of have not yet been studied from this point of. And this paper is given crucial clue about the others municipalities in Eastern Anatolian region.
