ABSTRACT
The article reports on Societe Generale Security Services' use of the Summit FT software from Misys PLC at its headquarters in Paris, France. The move was aimed at improving the company's capability of monitoring and valuation of over-the-counter (OTC) derivative trades for its outsourcing businesses. The front-, middle- and back-office software suite could be used for OTC contracts and hybrid and structured products.
