ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the performance of luxury travel market in Great Britain the time of global recession. According to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP travel director Alyn North, in recent years the luxury travel market has outgrown GDP of the country by a factor of three. Far from being ground down by the recession, luxury accommodation supplier Villas De Maitre is experiencing an increase in enquiries for its properties in Mauritius and Seychelles--particularly from families.
