Reports that outgoing Berlin International Film Festival chief Moritz de Hadeln is set to present 23 of his best-loved motion pictures from the 700 screened in competition during his 22-year tenure as head of the Berlin, Germany, festival in a special sidebar called 'Moritz's Favorites.'
