ABSTRACT
The article presents a conversation between two women working for a management consultancy in Edinburgh, Scotland. One of the women is getting promoted due to the pregnancy of another employee. She says that during her appraisal, she was told that her face lights up the office, but the other woman claims the remark may suggest sexual harassment.
