The article reports on remarks from Steve Wynn, chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Wynn Resorts Ltd., who says that customer is the key in order for a casino company to survive the rough economy. According to him, their company has done everything in its power to make sure that customer experience, even in hard times, is not compromised. He adds that what they do care about is what happens to people in their building.
