ABSTRACT
The article reports on the claim of Kenneth Lowman, broker/owner of Luxury Homes of Las Vegas in Nevada, that the housing market is set to rebound. According to him, there were six luxury-home sales in early May 2009 and five of them were for cash. It also says that three of the six home sales were in The Ridges in Summerlin while two were in Southern Highlands.
