ABSTRACT
The article evaluates the radio program "HR" of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) Radio 4. "HR," by Nigel Williams, features Nicholas Le Prevost as Sam, a human resource (HR) manager, and Jonathan Pryce as Peter, Le Prevost' colleague. Sam is said to be controlling Peter from what is beyond acceptable behavior but the latter would respond in a mocking and affectionate way. The author pointed out that HR was presented through the outdated view of the profession. The author said that the industry is trying to be more impersonal and businesslike.
