ABSTRACT
The article offers techniques about handling job applications. Companies are advised to define job descriptions, role profiles, and the selection process before the recruitment process begins. A job advertisement that is centered on the target group is suggested. Other suggestions include using online pre-screening tools and ensuring that the interviewers are well trained and can quickly detect those who qualify the positions.
