ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the development of an organization's change management capability. This process involves the personnel department's creation of coaching and tailored development activities based on the stages of individual change. Local managers are tasked with counseling their teams to maintain trust through the change while supporting and translating the organization's strategic objectives. Senior executives need to translate the business strategies into a language that people in all levels of the company would understand.
