As part of the move Unilever constructed a new headquarters in Leatherhead in Surrey, England, which featured various facilities, including a state-of-the-art gym, café and dental surgery facility. According to Alan Walters, vice-president, HR, for Unilever UK & Ireland, they have organizationally operated as one business but new facility demonstrated the changes.
