ABSTRACT
The article reports that after resigning from the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA) board, Steven Freudmann is defending his role as chairman of the Institute of Travel and Tourism (ITT) and Triton Travel Group Ltd. As stated, Freudmann resigned as an appointed ABTA director after Unpackaged Holidays, an ABTA member went into administration, leaving large-scale debts to creditors. It is stated that some ITT members are unhappy about Freudmann's position as chairman of ITT.
