ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan of insurance broker Lockton to open a new branch in Dubai International Financial Centre, in United Arab Emirates. The new office will set up after the company will receive a license to do business in the Persian Gulf emirate, and it will operate as a treaty and facultative reinsurance hub for the region. Dean Davison, spokesman for the company, unveils that the new office will open on May 1, 2009.
