Reports that the nCUBE Corp. has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against the SeaChange International Inc., a video-on-demand (VOD) and ad-insertion company. nCUBE's claim that SeaChange infringed on its patent that manages content between the client and server in a VOD configuration; nCUBE's demand for permanent injunction to require SeaChange to stop shipment of all infringing products.
