Details findings of a survey of Excite@Home subscribers which showed a decline in the number of weekly usage of the online service. Factors attributed to the decline in usage hours; Increase in the company's number of subscribers despite the decline in usage hours; Increase in the percentage of women that use the online service for 2000.
